This private group session blends guided meditation with the therapeutic tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, or simply seeking reconnection, this experience offers a sacred pause, a moment of collective exhale. Sessions take place at the location of your choice. Sessions are 75 minutes long and follow a standard format: - 5 minute intro to sound bath -15 minute guided meditation -45 minutes of bowls + instruments -10 minute reintegration
