Sacred Pause Sound Journey

Sacred Pause Sound Journey was created to offer women intentional space to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be for a moment.

This monthly healing experience combines guided meditation, grounding practices, breathwork, and immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong vibrations, and calming frequencies designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and restoration.

This is not about perfection.

This is not about having it all figured out.

This is simply a space to pause.

Throughout the experience, participants are gently guided into a calming environment that encourages the body and mind to settle, the emotions to soften, and the nervous system to experience moments of stillness and relief.
