Reiki Practitioner level 1 and 2 Class

Level 1: Introduction to Reiki

In Level 1, you'll learn the fundamentals of Reiki:

1. Understanding the history and principles of Reiki.
2. Learning about the chakra system and how it relates to Reiki energy.
3. Receiving attunements to open your energy channels and connect you to the Reiki energy.
4. Exploring self-healing techniques and practicing on yourself.
5. Learning basic hand positions for treating others.
6. Receiving guidance on how to integrate Reiki into your daily life.

By the end of Level 1, you'll have the skills and knowledge to practice Reiki on yourself and others.

Level 2: Deepening Your Practice

In Level 2, we'll dive deeper into Reiki and expand your abilities:

1. Reviewing Level 1 principles and techniques.
2. Learning and receiving the symbols used in Reiki practice, which enhance the flow of energy.
3. Understanding distance healing and how to send Reiki energy across time and space.
4. Exploring emotional and mental healing with Reiki.
5. Practicing advanced hand positions for treating specific conditions.
6. Receiving further attunements to increase your connection to Reiki energy.

Upon completion of Level 2, you'll have a deeper understanding of Reiki and be able to perform distance healing as well as provide more targeted treatments for specific issues.
