Join me for a deeply soothing 60-minute sound immersion designed to calm the nervous system, soften emotional tension, and bring you back into alignment with peace and presence. This experience will include guided breathwork, a brief grounding meditation, and a spacious sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, a sound pyramid, and other gentle harmonic tones that support relaxation, energetic clearing, and heart-centered reflection.
